Conditions of participation "MAX Summer Supply Raffle"
General
The organizer of the "MAX Summer Supply Raffle" is MAX KIENE GmbH (hereinafter "MAX"), Oberhafenstraße 1, 20097 Hamburg. The sweepstakes will take place via the MAX Instagram page.

Eligibility and participation requirements
You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years old and live in Germany.
To participate, you must "Like" the contest post, follow the Instagram page @max.nuts.official and comment below the post about who you like to snack with.
Only one entry per person is permitted and participation is free of charge.
Promotion period and deadline for participation
The competition will run until May 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
Exclusion from participation
Employees and relatives of MAX, as well as affiliated companies, are not permitted to participate. Should you violate these terms and conditions or if manipulation is suspected, MAX reserves the right to exclude you from the competition.
Profit
The prize will be raffled off among 10 winners and is a summer supply of MAX nuts. The summer supply is defined as one MAX Nuts can per calendar week of summer 2025, meaning the prize consists of 30 MAX Nuts cans. The selection of nuts will be a varied mix of different varieties, compiled by MAX and sent to the winner by mail. The prize also includes a CUBE brand drinking bottle.
Selection of winners and notification of winners
The winners will be randomly drawn after the promotion period and notified via a comment under the MAX contest post. You must submit your mailing address to the official MAX page via a private Instagram message within 14 days of notification. Otherwise, your prize will be forfeited, and MAX will hold another raffle.
Data protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with legal regulations. MAX will use this data exclusively to conduct the competition and will delete it after the competition has ended. Further information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy on our website www.maxkiene.de.

Eligibility and participation requirements
You are eligible to participate if you are at least 18 years old and live in Germany.
To participate, you must register at www.max-nuts.limesurvey.net/789966 with your full name and email address. You must also upload a receipt or proof of purchase for a MAX nut brand product purchased between April 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025.
Multiple entries per person are possible, provided that different, valid proofs of purchase of a MAX product are uploaded. Participation is free of charge.
Promotion period
The competition starts on April 8, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

Profit
There are two prize categories. The main prize will be raffled off among ten winners and is a Cube Nuroad ONE gravel bike in poseidon green and black. The gravel bike does not include pedals and will be provided in a size that best fits the height specified by the winner, subject to availability. MAX does not guarantee the correct size or fit.
The 10 main winners will also each receive a package containing a mixed selection of MAX brand nuts worth at least €25. The selection of nuts will be a varied mix of different varieties, compiled by MAX and sent to the winners by mail.
In the second prize tier, 100 additional winners will be selected, each of whom will receive a package containing a mixed selection of MAX brand nuts worth at least €25. The selection of nuts will also be a varied mix of different varieties, compiled by MAX and sent to the winners by mail.

The winners will be randomly selected after the promotion period and notified via email to the email address they provided. Winners must submit their mailing address and a height measurement to determine the most appropriate bike size within 14 days of receiving a response to the MAX sender email address marketing@maxkiene.de . The 10 main prizes will be awarded by Multicycle Fahrrad-Handels GmbH & Co. KG
The prize will be made available to the winners at the Multicycle branch at Bergstraße 2a, 54311 Trierweiler-Sirzenich, within 30 days of receiving the winners' postal address. MAX does not guarantee that the winners will receive a perfectly fitting bicycle size. The bicycles will be shipped in specially designed shipping boxes by an external transport company. Shipping will be organized by the Multicycle Fahrrad-Handels GmbH & Co. KG branch at Bergstraße 2a, 54311 Trierweiler-Sirzenich. Winners must arrange for the assembly of the bicycle and suitable pedals at their own expense. Personal collection of the main prize at the Multicycle branch at Bergstraße 2a, 54311 Trierweiler-Sirzenich is also possible within 30 days of notification of the winner and can be arranged individually with MAX via email. The nut packages will be provided by MAX and will also be made available within 30 days of receiving the winners' postal address.
